At Monogram Coffee, we want you to love every brew; while we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to resolve any issues with equipment or merchandise within 30 days.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer experience team with your order number and a brief description of the issue or the item you wish to return.

    Review Eligibility

    Ensure your brewing equipment or lifestyle goods are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • 3.
    Ship Your Item

    Once authorized, securely package your items and use the provided return shipping label to send the package back to our Calgary roastery.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund

    After our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
